Return Policy

Pillow Potato only serves the best - no questions about that. That’s our bold guarantee when it comes to our products and services.

But in case you’ve felt that your order is not the perfect ‘mash’ for you, return it within 30 days for our courtesy refund or replacement.

Kindly send us your proof of purchase or receipt to complete your return.

Kindly take note that the product must be unused when you return it to us. If the product is somehow in “not an acceptable condition”, we reserve the right not to give a refund or replacement.

Also, please don’t forget these few things when you send back the parcel:

  • Don’t send it to the manufacturer.
  • You’ll have to cover postal charges yourself.
  • Ask for a tracking ID to track the status of your return.

Once we’ve received the item, we can then process the refund and send it back to the shipping address you’ve indicated upon purchase.

Non-returnable/non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers other than Pillow Potato, incorrect items purchased, items in good condition, or items damaged through customer mishandling.

DAMAGED GOODS

In unlikely cases that the parcel we sent out was damaged during transit, or you think that there is something missing in your order, don’t hesitate to send us an email at hello@pillowpotato.com and attach the proof of damage (images/videos) so we can give you a refund or replacement.

REFUND POLICY

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you regarding the status of the refund.

If the refund is then approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.

Please take note that the processing time might differ and will vary depending on your payment merchant.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after processing it has been confirmed, please check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund to be fully processed.

If you have already contacted your bank and still haven’t received your refund yet, please send us an email at hello@pillowpotato.com so we can help you out.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours, we can give you a refund right away with no questions. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. That said, we are unable to provide a refund for items on sale.
